Within a romantic and elegant atmosphere, our Chef Marino and his team will surprise you with light and delicious dishes, taking you on a journey that will lead you through the flavours of the mountains and the typical scents from Trentino tradition, to even arrive at the most imaginative Mediterranean creations, while always taking the utmost care and professionalism.

Pleasant awakening

A revitalising breakfast is the best way to start the day with an abundant sweet and savoury buffet: cereals, muesli, yoghurt, fresh and dried fruit, multi-vitamin juice, tea and herbal brews, homemade cakes, pastries, biscuits, pancakes and a small organic corner.

Romantik Bar

Finish your night off the right way in our Romantik Bar: fine wines, delicious Trentino grappa or one of our hot or refreshing drinks in a warm, elegant room with lots of romantic little corners, such as the fireplace on the terrace. Let yourself go in front of the fire, relax and enjoy the moment.

Culinary evenings

In the evening try refined menus where traditional Trentino cuisine meets light Mediterranean dishes, with a vegetable buffet and the delicacies from our patisserie. Our ever-present choice of Trentino wines completes the scene.

We offer dishes for vegetarians upon request, as well as gluten free food and dishes for food intolerances in general. Every so often we organise themed nights, ideal events for having fun with friends!

Children’s menus

We are always looking for simple, nutritious and – most of all - authentic flavours for children, set within a menu that is completely dedicated to our littlest guests.

Our wine cellar

Why not let our sommelier offer you some advice so you can get to know the delicate scents of golden grapes, just like nature intended. The Trentino region is a genuine winemaking microcosm and can boast 3 highly important native vine varieties: Marzemino, Teroldego and Nosiola. You can also try Italian and international wines.

"We are returning here year after year ever since we discovered this hotel by accident. It is in a mountain village surrounded by spectacular scenery. This family run hotel captured our hearts from our very first visit and we can’t stop returning. The restaurant has charming atmosphere, an excellent and varied menu to choose and the staff are most obliging and warm. The rooms are elelgant in the mountain style and very clean. The hotel has its own car park which is free. We normally go in summer for mountain walking. This is in a mountain village situated at a higher level than the tallest mountain in the U.K. Our experience is that one usually need to book well in advance. I hope not too many people follow my advice in case we can’t find a room for ourselves "
